refactor: 更新脚本下载链接为新的 GitLab 地址

Browse Source 
- 将 Gitee 上的脚本下载链接替换为 GitLab 上的最新链接
- 更新了多个文件中的 curl 命令以使用新的 URL
- 此更改统一了脚本的来源，便于维护和更新
